On December 13, principal Dong Haijia of Fudan Primary School in Shanghai and principal Wang Jing of Luyuan primary school in Changning Districtof Shanghai came together to make pulse for the construction of curriculum group and the activity of lesson preparation group of our school, and to lighta bright light for the professional development of young teachers.
In the morning,Zhang Yi,vice President and the teacher Li Juan of Fudan Primary School. Dujiangyan City Teaching and Research Office Song Guifang, Ren Xiaoying and all the Chinese teachers in our school. Listened to two Chinese classes.---Our school teacher Jia Tingting showed the second grade fairy tale teaching "foxpretend tiger power" and teacher Zhang Bo taught the fifth grade exposition teaching "green thousand island lake".
After listening to the classes, they came to the conference room tocarry out the evaluation activities. All the teachers expressed their views onthe two classes one after another and put forward some confusion in their teaching. Then, Fudan Primary School teacher Li Juan for the two classes to doa refined, detailed comments and specific guidance; Zhang Yi, vice President of the school, provided a teaching design case in response to the teachers' doubts, and made a simple explanation.
In the afternoon, the activity of lesson preparation group isdivided into two parts.
In the first section, the Chinese group of grade four of our school presents a normal collective lesson preparation activity in the academic hall.All Chinese teachers and studio members observe and express their views on the development of teaching and research activities. Fudan primary school teacher LiJuan made a comment on the whole teaching and research activities, principal DongHaijia, principal Wang Jing on how to guide the teaching and research activities to the goal, so that the classroom can see the guidance. The twoprincipals sincere and professional comments, one after another, sentence after sentence is said to the heart of the present teacher, clear the clouds and seethe sun, make people understand.
In the second part, the English course group held a regular teaching and research activity at the meeting. In the activity, teacher Ma Lan of thelow-level group Shared the effective implementation of task-based teaching inprimary school English, and teacher Li Shu of the high-level group did theresearch on the role of new media and new technology in primary school English teaching in combination with the project of our school. At the end of theactivity, vice principal Zhang Yi of Fudan primary school introduced two wonderful cases of Fudan primary school to all English teachers, and answeredthe teachers' confusion in teaching one by one, and put forward relevant Suggestions for English teaching and research ativitcies.
Principal Ma Changjun expressed his gratitude to the guests on behalf of the studio and the school. Ask everyone to follow the effective path of the course group building and preparation group activities. Clarify ideas, improve understanding, and achieve practical results, and deployed the 2019 Shanghai-Dujiangyan integrated teaching and research activities.
